Responsible for controlling Brazilian airspace, the Department has already confirmed its participation in the next edition of the Expo eVTOL exhibition, from June 16 to 18, 2026 in São Paulo (SP)
The Department of Airspace Control (DECEA) has confirmed its participation as an exhibitor at Expo eVTOL 2026, from June 16 to 18 at the Expo Center Norte – Pavilhão Azul in São Paulo, SP, Brazil. This exhibition will be held on the same date and location as DroneShow Robotics, MundoGEO Connect, and SpaceBR Show.
Subordinate to the Brazilian Air Force Command, DECEA is responsible for the control and management of Brazilian airspace, ensuring the safety and efficiency of flights in the country. As the managing body of the Brazilian Airspace Control System (SISCEAB), it coordinates 13 operational organizations and operates over an area of approximately 22 million km², using advanced technology and highly specialized professionals.
With a presence in all 27 states, DECEA maintains an operational network that includes control centers, airfield towers, radars, and telecommunications stations. Approximately 12,000 professionals work around the clock to ensure air navigation and traffic flow in Brazil.
